How much does it cost?

The price depends on the size of the cake, the ingredients required and the time involved, as well as any additional requirements specified by the customer.

Is there a deposit to be paid?

In some cases, a deposit may be required. It depends on the type of event, the size of the cake and how quickly it needs to be made.

How do you take payment?

We take payment by card, online and in cash.

What happens if we have to cancel the event - do we still have to make the full payment?

If we have not started your order there is no need to pay. Otherwise payment will be due as the ingratiates would have been bought and used, and time spent preparing and baking the cake. Of course the cake is yours and where you use it depends on you.

Where can I find information about allergens in your cakes?

All allergen information is shown on the Order Cakes page.

How long can I keep your products and where should I store them?

Our products are made fresh and we recommended you keep them in the refrigerator and use within 3 days.

How far in advance should I place my order?

As soon as possible. We are vets busy, and last minute orders may cost more.

Can I personalise a cake?

If you’d like to include a personal message, please let us know when ordering a cake. The maximum length of the message will depend on the size of the cake, and not all cakes can be personalised.

Do you deliver?

Unfortunately not. We are a small, very busy family business and do not have the staff to deliver to your home.
